U.K SHIPPING

All U.K orders are sent out 1st class recorded and will be delivered within 2-5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are sent by Royal Mails International Standard and will be delivered within 7-10 working days.

If in the unlikely event your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us with a description and photograph of the item and we will send you out a replacement as soon as possible. 

Please be aware we do not post on weekends.

RETURNS

Here at Urban Cult we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase you have 7 days from the delivery date to return it to us for a refund - please note shipping costs are non-refundable. We always advise you to obtain proof of posting. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Please contact us before returning your item and include all order details in the return packaging to help us process your return as quick as we can. 

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot except returns on earrings.
